How do I pay and when?

•  
• Full balance payable at the pickup time.
• For all Graduations, Weddings and New Years Eve celebrations a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of limousine availability confirmation. The balance must be paid seven (7) days prior to the day that the service is scheduled to be performed.

• Gratuity is a part of Canadian custom, but it is not mandatory.
• How do I pay?
• For you convenience we accept Cash, Visa, Master Card 
• and Interac. 
• Corporate Accounts.
• *all payments are non refundable

 Where and when will chauffeur meet me?

• Rich Limo Chauffeur will wait for You at pre arranged place and time.
• All arriving clients from outside of Canada must collect their own luggage and proceed through Canada Customs on their own.
• Chauffeur will meet and greet client(s) at the luggage carousel of your arriving flight. 
• Chauffeur will display a sign with RichLimo name. 
• Chauffer will confirm client(s) identity, help with luggage and escort client(s) to the limousine.  

 Why luggage is  limited?

• Due to limited trunk space all limousines have limited luggage capacity.
• Upon request Rich Limo will provide Free of charge Ski, Snowboard, and/or Bike rack.

 Who is responsible for the damages?

• Person reserving the service and paying for the service is responsible for all damages to the interior and exterior of the vehicle. 
• Person reserving the service and paying for the service will be responsible for the proper behavior of all passengers.
• Person reserving the service and paying for the service will be responsible for enforcing non smoking agreement and all the Rich Limo rules. 

 What is FREE ?

• One complimentary Champagne with all weddings and all minimum  7 hours of continuous use  *client must be of legal drinking age.
• Red Carpet upon request (and only when permitted by law).
• Free pick up after wedding reception.
• Complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Upon request Rich Limo will provide complimentary coffee, baby seat, and/or ski/bike rack.

 When does the billing start and end?

• For the trip beginning and ending within the city    - billing starts from the pick up time until the drop off time *minimum hourly rate applies, downtown rates*.
• For the trip beginning in the city and ending outside of the city - billing starts from the pick up time until the drop-off time .
• Special direct one way transfer Rates from point  A to    point B (for example from Airport to Banff) No Stops.
